Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the Role:

Growth Geeky is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead both organic and paid growth efforts—especially across LinkedIn, Twitter, and email. If you’re skilled in content marketing, email automation, social media, and paid ads (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn)—and love working remotely—we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write compelling content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
• Manage and optimize email marketing funnels (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Grow our LinkedIn and Twitter presence through strategic organic content.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Build and engage online communities (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create simple visual content using Canva.
• Collaborate with design/dev teams and report on campaign performance.

Requirements:

• 1+ years in digital marketing or a related field.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Experience with SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
• Comfortable with Canva or similar design tools.
• Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress and analytics tools.
