But the real game-changer was my second website flip. I bought it, fixed its technical SEO issues, updated content, and with minimal investment, sold it for $36,000. Total profit? $52,000. That’s when I knew this wasn’t just a side hustle—it was a business.

From Niche Sites to Client Success

Between 2019 and 2023, I successfully built and sold 17 niche websites, each time refining my SEO strategy, WordPress development process, and conversion optimization techniques. But in 2023, the niche site business started changing—higher investment, lower success rates. I decided it was time for something new.
