Payments
We operate on an upfront and milestone-based payment structure. Work begins only after the initial payment is received. Future work phases depend on milestone payments. If a milestone payment is delayed, work may be paused until payment is completed.
Accepted payment methods: Wise and Bank Transfer.
Refund Policy
We offer unlimited logical revisions within the agreed scope. If the project does not meet expectations despite revisions, a partial refund may be issued. Refund amounts are determined based on the amount of work completed. Refund decisions are handled case-by-case.
Revisions & Project Scope
Revisions must stay within the original agreed scope. Requests beyond scope may require additional cost and timeline adjustments.
Deadlines
We strive to meet agreed deadlines. Timelines may be affected by delays in client communication, missing content, or delayed approvals. We are not responsible for delays caused by external or client-side factors.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide all required content, access, and materials on time.
Feedback should be clear and prompt.
Deliverables should be reviewed and approved within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final delivered work.
Growth Geeky retains the right to reuse general knowledge, skills, and non-confidential elements.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
Third-Party Tools & Services
Projects may involve external tools like hosting, plugins, or APIs.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
Any third-party costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, data, or downtime.
Our responsibility is limited strictly to the agreed project scope.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project under reasonable circumstances.
Work completed up to termination must be paid for.
Remaining work will not be delivered until pending payments are cleared.
Refunds (if applicable) follow the refund policy above.
Privacy
We do not sell or share client data. Information is used only for project communication and delivery. A separate Privacy Policy will cover details.
